This machine is mainly used for powder deposition method of micro pellets. The material is subjected to the centrifugal force, friction force and annular gas buoyancy of the turntable, and is mixed, bonded and aggregated with the atomized slurry to complete several functions such as mother making, granulation, particle enlargement, pellet shaping (rolling), coating, etc. It is a centrifugal pellet making machine, abbreviated as pellet making machine. It mainly consists of a pot body, a rotating chassis, a liquid supply system, a powder supply system, a control system, a pneumatic system, a heating system, and a dust removal system, and is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals.
Principle:
Mother raising: refers to the process in which powdered materials enter the pellet making machine and come into contact with atomized slurry under centrifugal motion, forming particles with a diameter of 0.18mm-0.8mm.
Magnification and granulation: refers to the process in which the spherical mother particles or square crystal nuclei mentioned above are fed into a pellet making machine, and the atomized slurry is moistened and subjected to an appropriate amount of powder supply to gradually increase in size from d to Kxd, resulting in high true sphericity and larger particle size. The particle size of the pill is generally d=0.2~2.5mm, with a magnification factor of K ≤ 2.7 each time.
Maru shaping (rounding): The process in which pellets are rounded in a three-dimensional spiral rolling motion due to the thrust of the teeth on the centrifugal turntable, the centrifugal force of the turntable, and the frictional force between the cylinder wall and the pellets.
Coating: refers to the process of adding a certain amount of finished spherical particles into a centrifuge, spraying an appropriate amount of atomized coating solution, and wrapping a thin film layer on the surface of each particle. The thickness of the thin film layer can be between 0.05-0.1mm.
Main Performance and Technical Features
·The whole machine adopts a vertical enclosed structure, which is compact in structure, occupies a small area, and has a movable door composed of protective cover plates on the outer surface. It is smooth, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The movable door at the back can be opened, easy to clean, and disassembled. The top of the centrifuge body has a transparent visual window for easy observation.
·The pipeline connection adopts quick opening stainless steel joints that are easy to disassemble and clean, and automatic argon arc welding is used for welding. The pipeline has no dead corners, ensuring that it can be completely drained when parked.

·The pellets are in a pan pill state inside the machine, resulting in high sphericity, dense and smooth surface, uniform component distribution, and high qualification rate;
·The control system adopts PLC display and control, and touch LCD control panel. Can dynamically reflect and control the situation of the main processes. Capable of flexibly setting multiple operating parameters and changing them on the touch screen; Capable of displaying set parameters, actual working parameters, and statistical data, ensuring good reproducibility of process operations and product quality;
·Sealed operation, no dust during the operation process, and minimal material loss;
·The turntable speed adopts variable frequency speed regulation, which is easy to adjust and control, and has a wide applicability;
·Short production time and high yield rate;
·The machine is equipped with safety interlock and overload protection devices;
·There is a terminal filter at the inlet of the process gas pipeline, and there is a pressure display before the point of use for easy operation,
·The granulation chamber can be cleaned with hot water and can be optionally cleaned in place (CIP). The atomizer (spray gun), conveying pump (peristaltic pump), storage container, and conveying pipeline of the liquid supply system, as well as the storage cylinder and feeding screw of the powder supply system, are all easy to disassemble and clean.
